The alignment is on the film, rather than on the bumpy fabric of the shirts so it creates a crisp design edge that you can’t even get with traditional screen printing.
Materials to be prepared for printing: DTF printer, oven, heat transfer machine, PET film, rubber powder (rubber powder needs to be purchased separately)
1 Open the to be printed picture into the printing software , and then adjust the size and position of the picture, Acorrding ur needs choose white ink printing、color ink printing or white ink &color ink printing .
2 Print the picture out on the Film
3 Apply the powder on the Film and shake it well
4 Put the Film into the Oven with 110°For 50 seconds （Our Special design Oven have Timing function）
5 Then Reach the Film out from Oven, and put it in the Hot Press machine with 150°for 8 seconds, tear off the Film.
