Installation Steps

1. Place metal hook over shaft.2. Place plastic washer over shaft.3. Insert shaft through clock face.4. Place dial plate brass washer over shaft.5. Attach dail fixing brass hex nut.6. Gently press hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position.7. Place minute hand over shaft at 12:00 position.8. Gently screw minute nut in place.

Notes:

- please check the size before buying.- Please peel off the resist film of the clock hands.- Be careful not to bend the hands with too much pressure.- When you install them, please keep the hour hand and minute hand parallel- Do not tighten the brass hex nut too tight- Press hard to get all clock hands in place- Please do not use Alkaline battery, rechargeable battery, or they will damage the clock movement.The pointers are made of thin aluminum or iron plate after one time punch, although the packaging is good, but still can not avoid being bent during long-distance transportation. If it occurs the situation, please slightly smooth it straight by fingers. It doesn't affect usage.The installation of pointers is skillful. Three needles should be installed separately and do not overlap as much as possible. Otherwise it will affect the performance that these pointers may not walk. Question: what material are the wall clock hands?Answer: The hands feel like tin or thin metal, very light weight, could easily bend. i suppose they have to be fairly light to move properly. The large clock mechanism for wall hours has worked great, very pleased with purchase.Question: Can i buy replacement parts for this product? Specifically the very last nut on the assemblyAnswer: It’s cheap, just buy the whole thing. Save it to your wish list.Question: Are the clock hands balanced? This seems to be a big reason for clock motor failure.Answer: So far so good. They work as they should. As far as balanced, there is a counter weight on the longer minute hand. The one's I replaced had no counter balance so I am thinking that this should take care of the failure.Question: Are the clock hands metal or plastic? Answer: Definitely metal, kind of a thin, light aluminum. Question: I cannot get the hour or minute hands on to the shaft. They are the original hands from the clock. Why not ??Answer: You have to make sure shaft width of clock movement is correct, match your old hands, If you are not sure, you can contact the seller, they will help you
